Only the location: the GPS data is removed; camera, date, creator and copyright stay. If the XMP or IPTC block also contains a place name, that whole block is removed. If you choose another output format (or it is a HEIC, TIFF or PSD), the photo is saved again and all metadata is gone.
JPG, PNG and WebP are cleaned without re-encoding: the image pixels stay exactly the same, only EXIF, GPS, XMP and IPTC are removed. The rotation (orientation) is kept.
