Password and validity
Put a password on a delivery, choose how long the link works, or let it never expire. Want to be sure who downloads? Then the recipient first confirms their email address with a code.

Shared folders
A lasting, branded portal per client, no account needed on their side: folders, revisions and a recycle bin, a name, colour, logo and cover of your own per folder, a readable address, and a presentation view with large previews. Your client picks favourites, leaves comments and approves; you see who opened what.

Your own company environment
A web address of your own, such as yourcompany.downloadlink.nl, with your logo and colour. You set it up yourself on your account page and you are the administrator of your own environment.

Working together as a team
Your colleagues work with you under the same subscription, with a shared address book of your clients. In your company environment you create separate logins for employees.

Two-step verification
Besides your password, a code from an app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. You also get 10 recovery codes, in case you lose your phone.

Where your files are stored
Storage in Europe: your files are kept at Backblaze B2 in the eu-central-003 region; the service itself runs at Render in Frankfurt.

You pay with iDEAL. Secure via Mollie. The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled monthly.
After every payment you receive an invoice by email, with the VAT shown separately. All your invoices are available as PDFs in your account.
Enter your company name, address, VAT ID and Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number on your account page, and they will appear on your next invoices.

The PDF, Office, image, video and audio tools work in your browser: your files are not sent to our server for this. Only text recognition (OCR) uses an external service. Free to try, unlimited in every paid plan.
