View and change the title, author, subject, keywords and dates of a PDF, or wipe them. Everything happens in your browser.
This tool runs entirely in your browser: your PDF is not sent to a server. A password-protected PDF will not open here; remove the protection first with the Unlock tool.
Good to know
A PDF stores its title, author and dates in two places: in the document information and in the XMP metadata. Many programs, Acrobat included, show the latter. If you only change the first, you will simply see the old title again. This tool changes both; the rest of the XMP, such as a PDF/A marker, stays in place. If you want the XMP gone entirely, with the file's history and the software it records, tick that option.
The properties often contain more than you think: the name of whoever made the document, an internal title, the program and its version. Wipe all empties the fields and also removes the XMP and the other properties. The content of the pages does not change. A digitally signed file does lose its valid signature, because any change invalidates it; the tool tells you beforehand. Everything happens in your browser.
