Merge & organize

100% in your browser

Merge and organise PDFs: drag files or individual pages into the right order, rotate or delete what you don't need, and finish as one new PDF file.

Merge PDF files and reorder pages

Drag PDF files here
or click to choose files — you can add more later

With the keyboard: Tab to a checkbox, Space selects, Enter views large, left/right arrow moves to the neighbour, Alt + arrow moves the tile, Delete removes, Ctrl+Z undoes.

This tool runs entirely in your browser: your PDF is not sent to a server. A PDF with a password opens here with that password, or you remove the protection with the Unlock tool; the password also stays in your browser.

How to merge PDF files

  1. Drag two or more PDFs into the box, or click to choose them. You can add more later.
  2. Put the files in the right order. To move, rotate or remove single pages, switch to the Pages view.
  3. Click Finish and download the new PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Are bookmarks and forms kept?

Yes, where possible. Existing bookmarks, form fields and attachments in the PDF come along, and each file gets its own bookmark as long as its pages stay together. If two files have a field with the same name, the second one gets a number. Anything that cannot come along is reported after you finish.

Can I also add photos or a Word file?

This tool only merges PDFs. Convert photos and scans first with JPG to PDF and a Word file with Word to PDF, then merge the PDFs here.

Does merging make the PDF bigger?

It ends up about as large as the files together. If they share a logo or the same fonts, those are stored only once in the result, which often makes it smaller. If it must be smaller still, use Compress PDF afterwards.

Is my file uploaded?

No. The work happens in your own browser, on your computer or phone: your file is not sent to our server. Only if you then choose to send the result as a download link is it uploaded.

Is it free?

Yes, up to a limit. Without an account you can do 3 operations per category (all PDF tools count together, for example) in a session, and with a free account 10 per category. If you need more, you need a subscription. See the prices.

Can I send the result straight away?

Yes. After the operation you can send the result as a download link, even if it is too large for an email attachment. To do so, sign in or create a free account.
