Open GCODE files — free, in your browser

G-code is the list of commands a 3D printer or CNC machine carries out: movements, speeds and temperatures. A slicer (Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio) generates it from a 3D model.

With the free downloadlink viewer you open a .gcode file directly in your browser. Nothing is installed, and without an account nothing is uploaded either — when you are logged in, the viewer keeps your file in My files.

What the viewer does with GCODE files

The viewer draws the path of the print head in 3D, so you can see how the object is built up layer by layer. You rotate, zoom and measure as with a model.

Good to know

The viewer does not run the G-code and does not calculate print time or material use.

How it works

  1. Click Open your GCODE file above.
  2. Drag your .gcode file into the window, or click to choose it.
  3. View it directly in your browser.
